Production Time
All orders are handcrafted and go through quality inspection before shipping. Please allow up to 18 business days for production. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Shipping Time
Once your order has been produced and shipped, delivery typically takes up to 8 business days worldwide.
Shipping Cost
We offer FREE worldwide shipping on all orders. No minimum purchase required.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 2–3 days after receiving your tracking number for tracking information to update.
Total Estimated Delivery Time
Production (up to 18 business days) + Shipping (up to 8 business days) = approximately 3–4 weeks total from order to delivery.
Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. DRIFTFLOAT is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you need to update your address, contact us immediately.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package appears lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order.
